Sold it last night....
On the way up to DC, i realized with the windows down and sunroof open, that... damn.... im really gonna miss the speed and especially the style of the car.
But my blood pressure, and the need for a non-project-dailydriver outweighed the fun factor of driving it.
Now my credit card is paid off as of 1 hour ago, and i have 6,000 to scoop up an unmolested ride and throw the rest in savings

hey, if i had the $ and insurance $ for a turbo 2 id buy one in a heartbeat!
But im done on the patience tip and Im not messing with busted ass cars or project cars anymore.
I figure when I get bored of the rabbit, I can use a little of the spare 6k (namely 2000 of it) for a 1.8t swap hehehe. Im not going for speed with the bunny though, im going for handling, shoebox style, and overall fun to drive, along with the biggest thing... RELIABILITY!!!

speaking of rabbits, i think i saw one yesterday outside of petco. it was flat black, lowered, had a deep ass front lip, some 15's (not sure of the brand), but by far the coolest thing about it was the skull and crossbones painted on the hood. oh yeah, and the german flag on the roof. my urge to buy a beater hatch only got worse, crap.

Hmm... thats a damn good idea. GTi + 1.8t + chip = cheap thrills.... hmm... shit.
