- ScottyB - 09-28-2004

so close! ah well, back to cheering for the domination of the Eagles. its always fun to have an excuse to be an asshole fan

- .RJ - 09-28-2004

Get the f out!

- navin - 09-28-2004

bullshit calls...

skins should have won

- Mike - 09-28-2004

1 bullshit call, 1 call in their favor, countless fuckup stupid errors. the skins lost the game, not the officiating.

- navin - 09-28-2004

the BS pass interference which got dallas at the goal line, tr00 it wasnt the best played game by the skins..

the wasted time out on the review, damn damn damn... Could have had a time out with 2 seconds left Sad

- FrreeeBird - 09-28-2004

Ugly game, skins could have won it, dallas sucks, refs didnt lose the game for the skins but they didnt help them either.

- Kaan - 09-28-2004

how 'bout them mf'n COWBOYS!............

- white_2kgt - 09-28-2004

WOOWOO go COWBOYS!

- Dragon - 09-28-2004

You two can leave now. Eh it didn't surprise me at all, I'm a diehard skins fan, but if there's two games in a season we can count on loosing it's the two against the cowboys. What are we now, 3 - 16 against them over the past few years?

- Mike - 09-28-2004

uhh 1-13 i thought?

- .RJ - 09-28-2004

Skins always lose monday nite against the cowboys Sad

Oh I don't know for sure, that's why I was asking, I knew it was something like that though.

- Evan - 09-28-2004

Bottom line, had the official not blown the pass-interference call, the Redskins would have won the game.
Not to mention the non-call interference on Gardner in the endzone.

and dont ague with the Portis knee-down call, that drive only led to a field goal anyway

- Andy - 09-28-2004

Being a Redskins fan means feeling optimistic during the offseason, a little worried during the preseason, and getting clowned by cowboy/eagles fans for the season. Still, GO REDSKINS.

i call bs
that one call did not make the game, not to mention it wasnt that bad of a call. They rarely ever call offensive pass interference in that situation, and the redskin defender did have an arm/hand on him.
The redskins deserved to lose. If you have the ball on the 1 yard line and cant make it in in 3 plays then you dont deserve to win the game. Period.

- .RJ - 09-28-2004

The redskins Offensive line lost that game, not the officials.

How many yards did clinton portis end up with? 23 rushes for 94 yards...
Im convinced that he is not as good as everyone thinks he is. He just had a good line to run behind in denver. Dont get me wrong, I think he is a good back, just not the best in the league. Although to be honest any game where mark brunell throws 43 times, you know the redskins are in trouble, and theres not much you can do about that running the ball...

- 83Rabbit - 09-28-2004

Yay for the Red Sox!!!

Agreed. If the 'Skins could just dominate a team as bad as the Cowboys from the outset, then these arguments wouldn't matter - but let's face it, the NFC East is pretty weak this year aside from the Eagles, so I fear that any non-Eagles division games are going to be at least as pitiful as this one was (and last week's 'Skins/Giants debacle).

On the plus side though, maybe tickets for the later games will start coming available - I'd love to go to Fedex just to watch Gibbs pace the sideline. I'm not ashamed to admit that I cried tears of joy when I read that he was coming back to Washington
