NASA at VIR: May 2-4 - Jake - 04-29-2014

Quick roll-call for this coming weekend at VIR!

I'll be bringing a black BMW of some sort, as yet undecided, to run pace laps and some TTD sessions. Plan is to leave work on Thursday, some time after 3:30, and head down to Danville.

Do we want to grill and if so, who should bring what?

Any current students coming out? I have a camera that needs to make its way to Taylor if so.

We'll be there. Probably not until 8 or 9 pm on Friday. I don't know if we'll participate in the grilling or not. Sometimes Rex and I like to go to town to eat dinner on Saturday night.

I will be there sometime Friday morning. Bringing grill and fully plan on eating decent food on saturday night. Only bringing food for us unless somebody speaks up. Of course will have some cold beer in the fridge.

Silly me. I forgot I'm the only one of age to buy beer. I would like to get in on grilling and will be happy to throw some money to whoever is bringing food.

Headed down Thursday afternoon. Working Thursday night, forever alone, Casey cant make it this weekend.

I fully plan on grilling or eating outside of the track for dinner Sat, cause I cannot stomach the VIR food. I will bring something to throw on the grill. Doubt I will provide for anyone other than myself unless someone else speaks up and wants to go in on some sort of food.

I need to know by tomorrow afternoon. I will grab the noms and prep the food Wed night, I figure 3-4 Tender per person and the veggies. I am leaving from work by 3:30pm Thursday so will not have time to stop and grab anything for any stragglers.

I'm in and I should hopefully have the Honda ready to make its debut with a shiny new quarterpanel.

I'll probably bring some snacky things like chips or something as well as some beer. We're good on plates/utensils? What about gas for the grill?

Justin, I'll throw some cash your way for the food. I also have a few odds and ends that I'll bring for the Fozzy.

And DJ, I keep meaning to throw you some cash as well for the electricity. Please remind me at some point this weekend.

Any chance I can crash on a worker room floor?

Maeng I would let you crash on the floor but they are kinda strict on crashing since we stay trackside, maybe ask Laura? I dont know who my roomies are yet, I would assume Dave and Garrett.
