AutoX Tires for a badass STI...HELP! - missmotocross3 - 01-24-2014 Ohhh herrroooo My friend wants to AutoX his STI and is looking to buy tires. Wanted to throw it out there to MMers to see what tires you would recommend. He is considereing Direzzaa Z2s; Bridgestone RE11; BFG Rivals; Hoosier A6s My vote is for the RE11's. Thoughts? I don't know how the first 3 compare, (could probably dig up a GRM article) but the Hoosiers are on another level for autocrossing. IF he's entering a class that allows them, it's competitive, and he wants to win, they are a must. If this is his first time out and he doesn't have another set of wheels, then stick with one of the street tires. RS3 is the only one I would not recommend, very heat sensitive for a car that's driven on the road.
