I was actually watching it on Monday night before passing out -- the guy with the civic (Todd Reid) is actually a NASA guy, and used to race HC, as well as PTE in his Ford Probe.
From posts on other forums he said the racing was "real" -- but a lot of filler add into the show for ratings, etc. That'll probably be the only episode I watch, I can't stand the host.

the only thing I like about the host is when he says stupid shit in the announcers booth with Ken Squier and Ken just yells at him. Otherwise, im with you, the host sucks.

The guy that won the $10k in an S4 Avant last week is a former 944 Cup champion. I watched that show, but otherwise haven't seen any. I can't imagine it being worthwhile beyond knowing someone on it.

Is this on Speed? That channel has gone to absolute shit lately. Pass Time is the last car game show I watched and will stay that way.

I've been watching it, because what the hell, flipping through it on the DVR means its 20 minutes and the redneck cars are all pretty badass. But yeah, when your street car goes up against a 650hp tube-frame "79 Firebird" you can tell the show is on a slant.
The red GTR that won a few episodes ago used to be in MD, the guy came into OG when I worked there, awesome car.

Speed is no more anyway. Changing to NBC Sports 1 or something. Pretty much turned into the NASCAR channel anyway, good riddance. I watch Velocity for car shows now, although 99% of the shows I have already seen.
