Like the title says, jerkwads. Need hoon wheels for the Blurple Power.
Ideal would be some stock 05-07 STI BBS's, but I am not picky.

17x7.5 is so narrow. At least get 17x8s and put some 245s on them. You can find cheap 17x8 wheels all day on nasioc.

I have some 17x8 rota boosts off the lexus w/ partially used up star specs I need to get around to selling. You'd have to run a hub ring though...as we discovered the hard way the center bore is different on those than subarus.
What were you looking to spend?

What offset/hub bore?
Evo 8/9 17x8 stock wheels can be found all day long around ~200 a set. I am pretty sure I have seen them on Subaru WRXs/STis before.
Edit: Quick google search: Its been done before, but I don't know the details (here are some in black)

I dunno. "The Interwebs" says the low offset is "zomg all wrooooooonnnggggg". I'd need hub adapters (nbd) and different lugnuts (also nbd) but the evo wheels are +35 for a 17x8 and the STI bbs's are +53...

less than 100 a corner and you want OEM BBS? Good luck finding that :lol:, unless theyre completely garbage you're gonna look to pay $500 for a set of the OEM BBSs. This was my solution to have a non-summer tire setup:
-IDM (Italian) Evo Corse 17x8, 5x114.3, proper PID (56.1) and proper offset (+49) and are wheels specifically for the GR STi fitment for tarmac rally. The wheels are light (17.x lbs per corner) and strong and have steel inserts for the lugs and require no spacers and no BS so your wheel bearings won't hate their life. I believe I paid $600-650 shipped for the set from Rallispec BNIB, then it cost me 35 euro shipped for center caps from evo corse directly. Here's a pic:

Things I quickly found out - I originally wanted 17x7 so I could run a skinnier tire in the colder seasons for cheaper tires/better winter weather grip (in raleigh lololol). I literally couldnt find a wheel in this size and fitment without having to run a spacer to clear the front calipers. The konig feathers will not clear the brakes if you had your eye on those...
So here's my suggestion, buy a real set of wheels for barely more than your budget, or find a clapped out set of BBSs for $500 :thumbup: . Just don't buy rotas or other cheap, heavy wheels as youll be doing the car an injustice
edit: dont use evo wheels, you'll pay for the "cheapness" in the long run, not to mention everything needed to run them "properly" is gonna quickly add up
