Anyone hear what happened to Mischive.tv? - PDenbigh - 01-10-2013
Anyone hear what happened to Mischive.tv after their mountain run problems in November? I think their origional court date was Jan 3rd but this article seems to point to a February continuance.

Court date isn't until Feb 12? if I remember what Dustin told me correctly.

The whole thing is not interesting. A group of people got reckless driving tickets. This happens everyday across the country. The media just decided to have a field day 2 months after the fact for some reason. I'm not endorsing what they do, but it's not different than anyone else getting a reckless driving ticket. I'm interested to see what happens in court.

1. when GROUPS get wreckless driving tickets it always hits the news
2. when its a record ammount caught in a state it makes the news
3. the washington post isnt writing articles for you to read... they write them for your parents and old folks to read... this will interest them and make anyone with any non stock car a target for hate.

While nobody in MM was involved with this, you did meet up with the offenders the very same day. And then publized it. This ties us to the antics. I understand that Dan and Jake had to get pretty ugly with the ODU car club because of this. So, don't think for a second that this isn't of interest to some of us. We've all worked hard to keep the clubs name clean, this just muddies the water. I know you guys didn't have anything to do with this,but its the reason WE (as in Rex and I) didn't come out that afternoon. We don't want to be associated with their antics. I know these guys are your friends, and I'm certainly don't believe they did anything really wrong,but acting like jackasses on the street has repercussions. Do you think that some of the businesses around town here want to support our car show if we are associated with these guys? Just stuff to think on....

It's interesting to me for my own reasons, and not because I'm trying to make a big deal out of it. And I'm not asking because I want to perpetuate the chaos. Being a car club that is within a 30 minute drive of the roads they were on, it is relevant to us. So, I'm just looking for an update!
Had I asked for an update on the Washington Post website, then I would accuse myself of just stirring up dust. MM is a different venue.
