So pretty much everyone who waited in line to put a deposit down?

Re: Automotive News Discussion - JustinG - 04-01-2016

So yea I dig it. Buy I'll give it 6 months after they actually roll off the line before I seriously consider one.

As someone who is continually in awe of Prius drivers, you do have a point.

Re: Automotive News Discussion - SlimKlim - 04-01-2016

It looks sort of like how they'd do a Porsche Panemera in GTA V, but I kinda like it. The floating TV on the dashboard needs to go though...

I totally see the GTA V comparison. Spot on. I wish manufacturers could come up with something different for the infotainment unit. Mercedes is shitting up all of their cars by throwing a nexus on the dash and calling it a day.

Like Rex and Chan I dig it. Maybe in 2018 I will look into getting one.

Re: Automotive News Discussion - ScottyB - 04-01-2016

Btw, all of my co-workers have weighed in on this thing, I can hear a couple of them discussing the gigantor iPad thing in the next cube row right now. When was the last time a car was announced that the general population gave a shit about? Shows you just how much the Tesla brand has built itself up in the past few years.

Yeah same. I have friends that couldn't care less about cars but are interested in Teslas. Lazy bums, all they really care about is that it drives itself.

Re: Automotive News Discussion - Mike - 04-01-2016

Re: Automotive News Discussion - Evan - 04-11-2016

People line up to throw money at the followup to the most unreliable car in modern history? To be delivered in (at least) 2 years? Tesla just trolled america with the worst kickstarter campaign ever.
