I have sent the following people individual e-mails, but just in case I have also posted here. Thanks for coming out to help this weekend! Weather looks pretty decent and there is a huge turnout of drivers!
Hotel: Sleep Inn. One room reserved under Jason Ray for Friday and Saturday. Hotel info and event schedule found here:

Friday: 6:30 to 9ish: Tech
Saturday: 6:30-7:45 Tech; 8:00 AM through all day co-manning a corner station.
Sunday: 7:45AM All Hands Meeting; 8AM through all day co-manning a corner station.
R Feerst: Arriving at track Saturday morning.
Saturday 6:30AM-8AM Help at front gate signing people in.; 8:15 AM Report to grid for all day. Sunday; 7:45AM All Hands Meeting and report to grid all day.
C. Dalton: Arriving at track Friday evening.
Friday: 6:30-9PM: Registration
Saturday: 6:30-8AM: Registration; 8AM Timing and Scoring
Sunday: 7:45 All Hands meeting; 8:15 Report to grid.
Other people associated with MM such as K Canturk, M Leech are aware of their positions and assignments.

We will try our best to get there by 6:30. We 'plan' to leave NOVA at 12:30 so that should give us plenty of time to get there, get some food and check into the hotel.

I'm leaving northern va around that time and plan to take 95S then to 85S around richmond. I feel i won't hit much traffic around 3pm near richmond, even for a Friday.
Mike when are you leaving, what route are you taking down? I'll probalby have to just meet you down at VIR due to time, but what time do you think you'll be down there?

I'm probably going to take 29S as opposed to 95. If all goes well I'll get to Danville around 4 or 5.

Oh, there's a faster route than 95S to 85S - I think its 95S to 195S (Powhite pkwy) to 360 to 60 to 58, or something like that. There's a few tolls (i think 3 x $0.75) but its faster than going to 85. Verify the route with mapquest...

85S seemed pretty on point and near southboston, then taking 58 over and such, i'll have to check it out 8)
