Andy Wrote:Alright, so what has everyone got left to finish up on their cars for the event? What has changed since the end of last season?

Hopefully my car will be ready by May sometime. The only thing holding me back right now is daylight, money, and .... well that's about it.

Project MKII Gti on the way

i dont know who's worse at doing things to their cars/being productive, you, RJ or dave. either way, i cant wait to check out your pile chad (despite the displacement, # of cylinders and that blue oval)

- .RJ - 02-03-2006

I dunno, chad has the lift and twice as many cylinders to worry about, so he gets my vote Wink

You gotta throw some credit towards Pete. The man drives to Bowie from the Burg to bust his ass on someone else's car.

Good job Pete.

yea no shit, and he was just up here last weekend too! Man's a trooper!

- Dave - 02-03-2006

all I really have left to do is:
-replace dash bulbs
-change oil
-put in XP8 pads, once they arrive
-bleed brakes one more time
-hook up stereo

see how much money is left

- Nis01 - 02-04-2006

Dave.. Don't forget to hit me up if you need an extra hand on the SE-R.

All the projects are coming along great. Should be a blast to see them hit the track.

THANKS PETE!!

- Andy - 02-05-2006

MC is in, lines are bled and I' m ready for action. Blair, if the weather isn't too terrible, I'll camp but more than likely, I'll be in the worker rooms

- .RJ - 02-06-2006

Who is going to be there friday that can lend me a hand at the comp school? I need some crew.... maybe an umbrella girl too but thats pushing it Wink

I dont think I will need anything other than moving the car up to grid, and helping me out here and there - tire pressures, torquing lugnuts looking after the car, etc. VIR is easy on equipment and I wont even need to rotate tires until the end of the day.

- Jeff - 02-06-2006

I'll hold the umbrella!

- Evan - 02-06-2006

Ill be there RJ doing test & tune and Ill help out when Im not on track or getting ready to get on track.
