Apparently used to be a party bus at charlotte motor speedway. Welded together from various 50's/60's cars and such.

I can't find much, though I know I've seen it somewhere. That one is in Iowa apparently and I want to say I saw something like it that was in better shape in Alaska (descriptive, I know). I see where HAULN is going, the "World 600" was a Nascar race at Charlotte Motor Speedway starting in 1960. I originally thought it was one of the GM "Parade of Progress" buses (below); I'll keep looking.
