Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - WRXtranceformed - 11-26-2012 Sure it might be a really long time though haha...I caught the BO2 bug and AC has sat with no play for a while...going to take me forever to get through it Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - HAULN-SS - 11-26-2012 Hey do any of you guys use an aftermarket controller? I was trying to find some online, but seems like most of them are wired. The standard wireless controller makes my hands hurt after playing for a whie, because it feels like it is too small. I'd really like to find a controller that was a little bigger. Side note: I came across some interesting concept controllers - this wild looking snap-on thing called the Avenger, and Major League Gaming put out a controller with swappable modules. Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - WRXtranceformed - 11-26-2012 Haven't messed around with aftermarket controllers...the ones I have had for years are still kicking. I can't imagine using a controller much bigger than that one though Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - CaptainHenreh - 11-26-2012 Uh, the Xbox 360 controller is the best controller to ever exist. Sounds like your hands are wrong. Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - HAULN-SS - 11-26-2012 naw man, shit's tiny. The curves on the "handle" part are also too sharp, and after a while feel like they are pointing into your hand. It's more natural to me to shift it a bit, but then I end up wanting to use my ring fingers to pull the triggers..that sucks, too. Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - Mike - 11-26-2012 Tiny? I have the biggest hands you'll ever come across and I disagree. Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - CaptainHenreh - 11-26-2012 I had a friend who had wrong hands once. They ended up killing him. You should get your handwrongness fixed. Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - Apoc - 11-26-2012 Loosen your grip. Your junk will probably thank you too. Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - Mike - 11-27-2012 I prestiged. Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - Apoc - 11-27-2012 I realized today I will probably never play BO2 multiplayer. Be sad! Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - Dragon - 11-27-2012 Still haven't played BO2, too busy with Halo 4. Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - WRXtranceformed - 11-27-2012 Mike Wrote:I prestiged. For once I don't think I'm gonna. I have always just prestiged and not worried about messing around with other guns, etc. I don't play enough anymore to worry about prestiging, so I might try getting better with other guns in this game (sniper, etc.). With the gun leveling system it at least gives me a bit of an incentive to do it. Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - HAULN-SS - 11-27-2012 what gun are you guys using mostly? I have the bolt action sniper rifle maxed out with the thermal sight that I use for some maps, and im working on maxing out the FAL to the point of target finder before I move on to any other guns. Seems like its definitely beneficial to pick a lane and stay in it Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - WRXtranceformed - 11-27-2012 Type 25, target finder foregrip (i think) and FMJ Also use one of the SMGs in offhand instead of a pistol / launcher Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - D_Eclipse9916 - 11-27-2012 I suck, so I just run around with the BR223 pistol and have fun. haha Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - HAULN-SS - 11-27-2012 the "run around" guys are starting to be more rampant i think.. i got BR223'd a few times yesterday. Ive also been getting knifed a lot. Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - WRXtranceformed - 11-27-2012 Probably be on tonight if you all are down for a session Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - HAULN-SS - 11-27-2012 Going to be at the girlfriends tonight..free tomorrow though Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - Mike - 11-27-2012 I'll be on until 630 or so. Maybe late too. I'm a run-around/SMG guy. They're all pretty good except for the Scorpion and Chinook. Sniping is terrible; if you're not good, you're really bad and it helps the team 0 in objective maps. Re: XBOX 360 - Gamertags in 1st post - HAULN-SS - 11-27-2012 Ehh, I am not sure sniping is that terrible. I think it depends on the objective. For things like domination i think it can definitely be helpful...especially if the team already holds B and you want to defend it. For anything that requires motion like Kill Confirmed it seems like an assault rifle/smg can be good. Light/machine gun is the gun that I have trouble finding a purpose for. |
