i'm doing some 11th hour prep, planning, and cooking. what are we missing? I know the turducken will go fast and seems to be the only "main." So i'm thawing out a brisket and was thinking of some other mains.

I'm also making some food for you pre gamers and behind the garage smokers.

It was a good Turduken. I loved the Oreochips (Chocolate chip/oreos) Haha I am glad the Shrimp and Grits were a hit I just finished the leftovers this week lol. Not sure how I am going to top that, but Mom just gave me Grandma's old Julia Child Cookbook so I will see If I can challenge my cooking skills. LOL I opened the front door and almost got run over by the through-house bikers :lol:
