- Kaan - 11-05-2008 I'm in for the group pick... but i'll tuck the 9 in the waist .40 Glocks are sprung poorly from the factory and kick like a mule.

- Kaan - 11-05-2008 JackoliciousLegs Wrote:you guys are ridiculous because we value the documents that hold this country together? hmmm - JackoliciousLegs - 11-05-2008 yes. no. because you guys are picking up weapons out of fear. - CaptainHenreh - 11-05-2008 JackoliciousLegs Wrote:yes. FTFY. - Kaan - 11-05-2008 JackoliciousLegs Wrote:yes. Actually i pick up guns out of sport, self protection, and its a basic right given to me. Fear has nothing to do with it. My glock was purchased to fill a multipurpose role in my life which it does just fine. My AR (when its done) will also be multipurpose. Its not the only ponit of contention i have with Obama regarding the constitution. it just happens to be the biggest flag i can wave to get under your skin. - Goodspeed - 11-05-2008 FWIW, I think many democrats (and others?) will argue the resolution of the contentions many have had over the Patriot Act and the constitution's 4th and 8th amendments is more "important" than what Obama will do with gun control. I'm very curious to see what will happen with that legislation? Guantanamo Bay? Etc. Also, someone save me a M4, please don't screw me on the price that bad when I'm able to afford one... Signed, DG The gun-liking moderate-democrat - Kaan - 11-05-2008 I didnt say i liked the patriot act either. If anyone in MM was going to be on some list it would be me. Race, name, army training, and gun owning... lord knows if i'm on the no fly list!
- xvxax - 11-05-2008 Facebook and this website are both a mess today. - Kaan - 11-05-2008 this website? oh lord if i could show you... hahaha... this is nice and tame compared to some of the stuff i'm reading and the emails i'm linked to. no matter what, what happened we cant change, handle your own business accordingly. if you dont like it, and congress is going to vote, make sure you call and give them an ear full... the system got us this far, we need to keep working with it and not abandon it. anyone remember that civil penalty for speeding thing? thats what i thought. - ScottyB - 11-05-2008 xvxax Wrote:Facebook and this website are both a mess today. this place is amazingly tame. we've had more drama over Jeff's latest trash can purchase than this. - Kaan - 11-05-2008 ScottyB Wrote:xvxax Wrote:Facebook and this website are both a mess today. ROFL - Ginger - 11-05-2008 ScottyB Wrote:we've had more drama over Jeff's latest trash can purchase than this. It's true. I'm pleasantly surprised by everybody's level of restraint. - Kaan - 11-05-2008 Ginger Wrote:ScottyB Wrote:we've had more drama over Jeff's latest trash can purchase than this. we are all just tired... and happy its over... no matter what. - WRXtranceformed - 11-05-2008 If you really want to get a gun you're going to get one. It's the same thing as drugs! - xvxax - 11-05-2008 I could quote what 18-22 year old uninformed conservatives feel is appropriate for their facebook status, it This is a lot tamer than that. Well said, happy it's over. - Evan - 11-05-2008 The pendulum swings back around..... I think most who dont support Obama resigned themselves to this a long time ago, so you dont have a lot of hyperventilating or overreactions from the righties. You dont see the conservatives threatening to move to Canada, predicting apocalypse, martial law, or the end of the world unlike those nutty leftjobs did for the past 2 elections To be honest, Im astonished how close it was. Had the economy not tanked (which still makes ZERO sense why thats a Democrat/Obama advantage) there is a decent chance the Repubs would actually have even won. Personally, I just hope and pray that Obama has the intelligence to make better decisions for our country's future than his voting record, background, and ties implies. So I am giving him the benefit of the doubt, will be watching him closely, and for the time being, you will get no conservative version of the Bush Derrangement SyndromeÔäó from me. - ScottyB - 11-05-2008 Evan Wrote:you will get no conservative version of the Bush Derrangement SyndromeÔäó from me. is that fancy talk for saying we won't be seeing as much action from The Great HateÔäó?
- Evan - 11-05-2008 No, thats fancy talk for, Im not a raving lunatic throwing around crazy unsubstantiated claims like those liberal idiots ![]() Fully expect me to hold this guy accountable if (when) he fucks something up. (because the media has already shown it is unwilling to be critical of The MessiahÔäó) - Feersty - 11-05-2008 ScottyB Wrote:we've had more drama over Jeff's latest trash can purchase than this. link? Do you guys think Barack as president will lower crimes or influence the unmotivated to get out there and work hard? He has shown that he was able to reach the highest office from modest beginnings, and a broken home. Might that be the motivation to move people? Does him becoming president give hope to the least among us, in particular those that grow up in poor housing projects, with lots of violence and drugs around? Or, looking at the motivation behind the thinking Million Man March and the Millions More March where oral committments were made by those involved, but a lot of those promises did not seem to come to fruition. Just thinking out loud. Could people just feel a blip, and then go back to their same old ways, after the novelty is over? |
