Thanks guys!! I am thinking of trying to convince laura to let me in a hyper-drive event for this weekend at summit point so I gotta email her today or something. Main thing is to get the car all sorted out for possibly next season, I dunno, we will see.
Ordered two brand new harnesses friday and then she will be getting a bar in this winter so she should be ready!
BTW- I am trying to get a small little cruise started to go up to summit point on saturday if anybody is interested.

She made it down to Harrisonburg, had a few issues including a leak that I had previously before the engine build, the only thing not changed was the actual valve cover so ill be replacing that to check. She also makes a weird noise above 3000rpms which im hoping to god is the power steering pump as it was making nasty sounds on start up too, I was just hoping it was air in the lines being bled out. I may not be so lucky.

read over the build... awesome man! I'm hoping everything goes as smooth with my startup. haha. I've still got the entire block and head to put together, but things looks pretty similar with what we did with the motors. good stuff!

^ the gsx is back to stock and he has 2 new cars already lol... his white 99 e36 m3 which has replaced his gsx.

Thanks There was actually a whole nother thread about what happened. Quick overview: Sound was balance shaft taking a shit. The bearing was not put in by the machine shop, even though I told them to put in the bearings. I didnt check (stupid me) destroyed the engine. Sooo, Went 6-bolt, ran fine, but was honestly being hampered by the car having too much at the track (power, grip etc) and decided to switch down platforms for cost, safety, and lowering my stress levels (yea seriously).
