TL Type S is a beautiful car. But is that in your price range?
What about an older Acura CL Type S? Still looks good, has good power and can be had for relatively cheap..

ok i guess i haven't made this clear... e36 m3 is out of the question. i have seen 3 examples of them in friends hands and want no part of electrical gremlins.

uh they cost like the same thing. all the cars listed can be had for 20-22k with under 40k miles and a factory warranty still in place. also, looking for 4-door.

heh, how about the forester XT? 2.5 litre son-of-STi engine, 0-60 in 5.3 and huge cargo capacity and all wheel drive? ultimate sleeper....i'm considering one for a future purchase.
