- Dave - 01-16-2005 12:15 sounds good to me too - ScottyB - 01-16-2005 Dave Wrote:12:15 sounds good to me too sounds awesome. i don't have classes on friday. - PDenbigh - 01-17-2005 How many of us traveling from Harrisonburg are taking cars that are freshly created/built/modified? I am (The XR), Sean is (The 325), Dave maybe? Anyone else? The reason I ask is because I like having a little insurance, i.e. a trailer, in case things don't go as planned. Problem is, I hate to spend $130 for the weekend renting it if I don't need it. However, if we can get 3 or 4 people together, and hope that not more than one of us breaks something, we could split that cost down quite a bit. Is anyone interested? Chad and I have done this in the past and it's pretty sweet to have another vehicle around to make runs. If there's no interest I won't be crushed. Just wanted to throw the idea out there. - Chris - 01-17-2005 I would also like to change the location we meet at. The chaser's lot is hard to get everyone out of at once when leaving plus everyone scrapes on the entance. My trailer prob wont' make it over that bump now. Since we're leaving on friday, the campus lots may still be full bc I was thinking the gravel ISAT lot again... any thoughts incase someone needs to leave a car? - PDenbigh - 01-17-2005 I'll volunteer the WildWires lot. It's on Neff Ave, just up from Sunchase. We usualyl have lots of spaces, and as long as you park close to our office, no towing problems. - Andy - 01-17-2005 I'm down for leaving friday. I have a free seat in the car if anyone needs it. - Dragon - 01-18-2005 I'll be leaving NoVA Thurs night since I'm working all day on Friday. See you fools when you get there. - Dave - 01-18-2005 We can meet at Sheetz as well, off to the side. Can all gas up and go from there. Costco may be another good alternative. - BLINGMW - 01-18-2005 had a glimer of hope today that I might come hang out with you guys for the VIR weekend. We'll see..... If I'm there, it'll be to spectate the Clay vs. Thomas vs. Richmond SpecE30 battle stage during the enduro  - Seantn1k - 01-19-2005 Hey just wanted to say I'm trying to get into an HPDE. Sean The E30 RIDES AGAIN! "As the e30 had began to fade, it decided for one last bout with another on track. Ahead of it you can see an EVO VI, a rare item in the US and quite the competitor for a N/A E30. So the E30 accelerates, not to beat the EVO on the straights, but to simply roll it on the turns. And just as the 5th cylinder gives up completely, the EVO can be seen in the rearview mirror trying to keep up." - Evan - 01-19-2005 :?: - Chris - 01-19-2005 Dave Wrote:We can meet at Sheetz as well, off to the side. I learned the hard way a couple years ago. - Mike - 01-19-2005 Evan Wrote::?: i think he was trying to write something artistically. i laughed. - Dave - 01-19-2005 well i figured people driving down could meet at Sheetz. I don't see it being a problem simply picking up somebody that isn't driving and just wants a ride down. We don't typically tow, but we don't have people leaving thier cars for 3 days either :-) - G.Irish - 01-19-2005 BLINGMW Wrote:had a glimer of hope today that I might come hang out with you guys for the VIR weekend.
