Coincidental or it was a pair of brand new boots I had in the trunk, which only smell like new rubber up close. Took them out and the next morning all was good with the world.

A rear parking sensor has failed. There are three of them. Need to head out to listen for clicking. If not clicking, the sensor is dead. $40 part and ten minutes labor. Or do I wait until my next warranty visit ($75 deductible)? Decisions, decisions...

After not working for 2-3 weeks, the sensor decides to work today. So I can't figure out which one is no good so I can't replace it. I guess just wait until it fails again. #audilyfe

Yes, no CEL's on dash = can focus on texting while driving under the speed limit. Sensors going out and then just starting to work again would drive my bat-shit crazy, no thanks.

You saw it at the MM show yo! Car cover is on and battery is out of the car on the tender lawlz. I actually wanted to get some stuff done on the car on the lift since I'm lazy, but next year! (if it's still around).

I know. It was terrible. If I ever go back to a car without all these gadgets, I'm f'd. Parallel parking and getting out of tight spaces is a cakewalk with cameras, sensors, and moving mirrors.
The problem with a broken sensor isn't so much that it doesn't provide assistance, but that the car lets out a horrid squawk when you enter reverse and one isn't working.
