a seatbelt is a very bad thing in a kart. no doubt they are just required by a moronic insurance company that doesnt know that a kart is safer without a belt.

Like a bike, you'd probably rather separate from the kart in a bad wreck... Do the folks racing shifter karts and such wear seatbelts?

The ones that run at Allsports have no seatbelts, that goes for all our karts as well as all of the private shifter and other such karts that have come in.
