I was wondering if anybody will possibly have any room for a ride-along on track? If so, please let me know.. - PDenbigh - 10-10-2006 Fellow Turbo Worshiper, you may ride with me if you like! - Maengelito - 10-10-2006 hpde4'ers will get 8 sessions out on track, most others will have 6. we'll definitely take you out shea - PDenbigh - 10-11-2006 For anyone needing a ride from Harrisonburg - I am leaving here as close to 5:00pm on Friday as I can. Just let me know if you need a ride! It's a free trip, no need to chip in on gas as I am going that way anyhow. Pete - PDenbigh - 10-11-2006 Maengelito Wrote:hpde4'ers will get 8 sessions out on track, most others will have 6. we'll definitely take you out shea Brian, I just checked the schedule and it looks like 3 sessions/day for everyone. Did I miss something? - Nis01 - 10-11-2006 Haven't been to the track in a while. Is there a spectator fee for getting into the paddock? When would be a good time to show up on Saturday to help out / be available for ride-ins? If there is extra room in the hotel I could come Friday and be available in the morning to help transport people from the hotel to the track if needed. - CaptainHenreh - 10-11-2006 PDenbigh Wrote:For anyone needing a ride from Harrisonburg - I am leaving here as close to 5:00pm on Friday as I can. Pete, I may need a ride if I have to leave the Focus at Dallas Hollar. - Dragon - 10-11-2006 PDenbigh Wrote:Instructors are given a pass that they can turn in and run in group 3 one time per day, therefore HPDE4 gets a total of 8 sessions.Maengelito Wrote:hpde4'ers will get 8 sessions out on track, most others will have 6. we'll definitely take you out shea - PDenbigh - 10-11-2006 CaptainHenreh Wrote:PDenbigh Wrote:For anyone needing a ride from Harrisonburg - I am leaving here as close to 5:00pm on Friday as I can. There's no fees and you could come anytime and hang out. Go to nasaracing.net and check out the schedule. You can ride along with HPDE 3 and 4's so you can adjust your schedule accordingly. - Evan - 10-11-2006 hey guys, I think I heard that HPDE3 ride alongs are starting to be frowned upon, so just make sure you dont jump up and down when you are getting/giving a hdpe3 ride. - Maengelito - 10-11-2006 Dragon Wrote:PDenbigh Wrote:Instructors are given a pass that they can turn in and run in group 3 one time per day, therefore HPDE4 gets a total of 8 sessions.Maengelito Wrote:hpde4'ers will get 8 sessions out on track, most others will have 6. we'll definitely take you out shea one group 3 session or one of the time trial sessions, so yeah, a total of 8 per weekend. also, navin, i'm not sure when i'm gettin to the hotel cuz i may need to ghetto rig some shit on the car that day. andrew, if you are goin, can you bring the ez-up? if not, can someone get the ez-up from him? also, how much do i owe you for that again? - white_2kgt - 10-11-2006 Evan Wrote:hey guys, I think I heard that HPDE3 ride alongs are starting to be frowned upon, so just make sure you dont jump up and down when you are getting/giving a hdpe3 ride. Where did you hear this and from who? - navin - 10-11-2006 Maeng, you showing up Friday? PM me with your cell # - I think I'm gonna go karting at All-Sports before I head out to Slummit on Friday anyway... - Maengelito - 10-11-2006 also remember, there are several workers going to this event (just like every event) and although some of them stay in winchester, i'm sure the rest wouldnt mind letting a few of you crash in the free worker room. as for the rest of the people wanting to stay in my room, i have no idea who you are but i got a double at shoneys. i'm in a bed i think navin was 2nd and called a bed. i think b00bies and andy are in the room RJ, goodspeed also possibly on the floor? i think the rate is $52 /night. its probably closer to like $56 including taxes, so lets just say $110 for the weekend. i'll go ahead and pay for half and if i could get anyone else who wants in to chip in pay for the other half? i suggest the 2nd bed chips in the most if not all and possibly get a few bucks from those on the floor. considering there might be like 4 or 5 splitting $55ish, it shouldnt be too taxing on you all. fuck i'm excited for the weekend. i hope i can get the bumper ghetto rigged and ready to go. maybe let pete or someone have at it with the welder? oh, also, i bought a new more miata friendly cooler (ie: it fits in the miata) so i guess it could be dubbed medium or little blue? - Goodspeed - 10-11-2006 Maengelito Wrote:RJ, goodspeed also possibly on the floor? I don't think I'll be spending the night... I was just curious why some local people were heading there a day early...but who knows, I'll see how i'm getting up there and i'll let you know, thanks |
