Good then it looks like I won't have to miss much. An old friend of mine's wife is having a baby, and I have to go do the good friend thing and go to a boring ass baby shower. Last I checked it was less than 2 weeks away.
It shouldn't have been too much to ask to clarify if it's during the day or later on. Some people do try to plan ahead if they have more than one thing to do that day. That said, my other plans for that day were just cancelled so it really doesn't matter any more.
People not showing up realtively on time is annoying but they're much cooler than I am.

I dont give a shit what time it starts (noon, 2pm, 8pm, whatever) if you give everyone a heads up of what time to start showing up you'll get a better turnout than it starts "whenever". Pick a start time, and pick a chili unleashing time. Have bathroom blackout hours. Oh, and fuck evites too. My job makes me spiteful.
