What? No. An HK 416 is not an "heirloom".
If you check my Gun FAQ, i have a list of reputable online dealers. If you're really looking for an Heirloom, things like nice bolt action rifles, high quality shotguns, and limited production all-steel handguns are what you should be shopping for. Not black poodle shooters.

Wish I had some AR's to sell. Nothing smells of profit like panic buying.
But really, I don't think we have anything to worry about on that front. There are enough democrats who remember 1996, and gun rights have, so far, done nothing but expand under BHO. (OTOH, of the two candidates last night, ONE of them actually *did* sign gun control legislation. Exercise for the student to tell me which one.)

Finally got about 100 rounds through the Shield since I got it back. No more mag drop, shoots very smooth. Seemed to like the Fed Hydrashoks just fine, so I am happy. This thing is a little beast.
Some guy at the range had a Taurus 44 magnum with a 6" barrel. Wow that thing shook the range when he shot it...THAT was a beast. I swear the flame blasting out of that thing was 2' long. Also talked with the people at the range in SC. The day after the election, they did $27,000 in sales just in ammo and magazines. Another store back in NC did even more. I picked up an extra Magpul AR mag and a Cammenga easymag because it looked sweet for the range.
Can't find that ammo i had linked on ammoman anymore
Waited to pull the trigger too long. They still have green tips on sale for 1000 @ $500.

There's some (baseless, if you ask me) concern that now that Obama does not need to worry himself with re-election, that he will push for a gun control agenda.
The Fast&Furious Scandal showed that there is at least some anti-gun agenda in the Administration, and then the Always-Lovely Ms Diane "I barely know which end the bullets come out of" Feinstein keeps introducing a new, no-sunset AWB to the senate keeps a lot of gun owners sitting on the edge of their seats.

Ammo man has Federal mil spec green tips for $219 shipped for 420 rds. Just put in an order, PSA has target 2.23 for $200ish for 500
