I think amazon does 99 cents for release date delivery on all games, as long as you order decently early the day before.
I didn't get the notification mine shipped until 6p and it was on the truck at 7a. Sometimes amazon amazes me.

I am not buying both MW3 and BF3. I will buy one. Or the other. But I won't buy both. Because no.
So, the determining factor is gonna be which YOU guys are buying. If you're buying both, obv I don't care. But I know Kaan's only going to buy one, and *I* am only going to buy one, so anyone else who is only buying one...which one is it?

I have never been impressed with the Battlefield games honestly. I played the BF multiplayer at my buddy's house and it was retarded compared to MW. The CoD series has been pretty much the only real life military style shooter that engrosses me enough to want to play it months on end.

I think BF3 might end up being the better game but I'm not buying it if EA implements that stupid and greedy online pass thing. If it doesnt have online pass I'll buy BF3 and MW3.
I think at this point Call of Duty is succeeding because of its momentum more than anything else. Even if BF3 is the better game most people will just continue buying CoD games because everyone else is and because of the marketing push. Which why it is doubly stupid of EA to give people a good reason not to buy BF3.
Forza 4 is a given.

i will be buying both. i have two sets of gaming friends...
this one will be playing mw3 and tends to play games longer.
"the other one" will be playing bf3.
i would prefer putting more time into bf3 because it's a much better game to play with friends.

Looks like there'll be an open beta for BF3 starting September 29th. A good way for those of you on the fence to test drive it for free. I'll definitely be trying it out.

Hmm, I guess I could've done the Amazon Prime trial and gotten it for free. Maybe I'll do that when I order MW3 and Forza 4. Maybe through in a gaming headset, some books, and Christmas gifts in my trial month too.
But is it 99 cents total for release day? Or is is regular shipping + 99 cents for release day?

Got through the first couple acts last night on single player. I usually get through single player campaigns before I dive into multiplayer. So far I really like the story, but Gears games have always been pretty engaging.

I mostly play CoD. Mostly Black Ops, but I'll do MW2 too.
I'm getting MW3 and BF3.
Quick note though, I dont have my xbox here with me right now, although hopefully that will change around mid november
