I didn't mean to put any heat in there, but again, I don't think your "concern" is justified. Homeschooled kids must pass testing requirements in order to be homeschooled. How is anything additional parents want to teach children relevant to the overall quality of their education?

It was a pretty weak troll, all things considered. I give it overall, 4/10.

- Dave - 11-04-2008

Waited over an hour and a half, but I'm done...

- DierwulfBL - 11-04-2008

- Evan - 11-04-2008

voted, and got attitdue from a worker for asking for an electronic booth "well if you dont want a paper trail they are over there"

- NTIman - 11-04-2008

I was about the 25th person in line when I got to the station at 5:50 this morning.

- Goodspeed - 11-04-2008

Voted here in H-burg, took about an hour overall, got there at about 10am.

- Mike - 11-04-2008

in and out in 5 minutes. holla!

- ScottyB - 11-04-2008

- HAULN-SS - 11-04-2008

took an hour for me in bunker hill. I went in, scoped out the hottest chick, the oldest person, and the person who I most wanted to cancel out their vote (you can tell).

I wasn't aware they put mirrors in polling booths.

Ugh, I can't go until 3:30, hope it doesn't take an hour. When I voted in the primaries here it took about 45 minutes, and that was just the primary.

I am also going to have to sort out some address issues since I registered with one address last year for the primary, live at a new place now, and have a different address on my ID.

- Apoc - 11-04-2008

No line to check ID but there was a line ~20 people deep to use the one electronic machine. I opted for paper instead.

- JohnC - 11-04-2008

Waited in line about 20 minutes to vote on Friday in downtown Charlottesville. Jess waited for an hour to vote this morning.

I'm not sure about the City of Charlottesville yet, but as of 1:00pm Ablemarle County had almost 60% turnout (including absentees).

We voted about 3pm here, and it was literally a 5 minute wait just to check ID's and straight to the voting machine.
