Oh I agree, he is the liason for MM workers so he should get a copy, that way the chiefs aren't the only ones who know what's going on.

FYI I just got off the phone with Mark, aka RaceControl. The corner workers he's asking for are in addition to the 4 workers that Laura is asking for, so by my count MM is only supplying one worker so far, Rob. Jayson is not part of the MM worker count since he's at a corner station.

thanks for clearing that up Big Grin

- Dragon - 07-20-2004

It's a good thing having all the NASA chief's home, cell and work #'s readily available.

- Feersty - 07-20-2004

Can someone compile a complete list of who is going, whether it be driving or working? Thanks.

Now that is one of the funniest things I've read in a loooong time.

- Dragon - 07-21-2004

Aight so come on guys as of right now we only have 1 volunteer to fill up the 4 slots we've been given. No-one else gonna dedicate the weekend to working, not "helping when I can".

I can only read that as a low blow to me? I'm confused as to why... Please forgive me for wanting to drive for a change.

- Chris - 07-21-2004

update from Laura:

Rob, you may need to work Grid. I told her you would like T&S but since she is short she said she will use some younger teenagers to do that.

Also, she will be sending me an exact worker duty list for both workers.

You both will need to help at the gate at 6:30am for people entering and signing waivers.

Ok I've retyped this thing 5 times now and every way it comes out wrong. My statement was in no way meant as a low blow. You wanna drive, that's awesome, hell if I had a car available to me I'd be doing the same. I was just trying to figure out if we have any other people that are working and that's it for the weekend. (begin part that won't come out right, but is in no way meant to be mean or hurtful) When making the worker schedule you can't rely on someone who's "helping when I can" because that person has a lot of other things going on and might not be available when the help is essential. Your assistance is greatly appreciated, and trust me when you're available I'll definitely use you on grid, I was just trying to see if we have any other workers.
