I will, I promise. I'm getting pictures and my notes together and will put it all up soon. I'm actually in the process of doing it again right now (just started) for the fenders of my truck since I'm replacing them with a used set and some new inner fenders.

so, the pictures in the previous page suck hard. MUCH better pictures can be found here in the for sale ad.
as for a paint write-up, I'm doing this on the fenders for the truck and should have a much better write-up if you guys can wait a little bit. I'm going through it documenting it a little more clearly, plus the picture quality should be considerably better with the new camera. I'll be rushing a little bit (has to be on the truck before VIR) so quality may not be 100%, but I'll be a bit faster since it's a smaller space and i have a better idea of what I'm doing.

hah, quick update!
-waiting on switch to come in and hopefully fog lights will be working
-replaced rear brake b/c E-brake cam was seized
-full brake fluid flush
-guage cluster lights are working (hopefully speedo still works, that cable is a bitch!)
-found my exhaust leak, ordering gasket tomorrow
going up for sale soon! (I know it's been on sale here :-) )

since this car is now mine i will update this every now and again when i do something new...for now i'm gonna get the exhaust fixed and thats it...as for future plans, who knows :twisted:

P.S. It would be really cool to keep this thread going, as well as an MM first IIRC for a car to trade owners and maintain the same project thread.

with what little time i've had to drive it, i really love it, i can't wait to get it out on some of the back country roads and see how it handles...and eventually out to an auto-x and then some HPDE's, but that will prolly have to wait till next season, thanks again Dave
oh and the gas mileage is gonna be a big plus :lol:

slight update: fixed exhaust leak with a new pipe and gaskets (changing exhaust pipes by yourself with the car not on a lift sucks a big one), but i must say this car sounds freakin awesome with nothing after the cat :lol: if anyone in the area was asleep they were awoken quickly
next on the list is to change the outer tie-rod end and get on inspection so it can be driven :roll:

sadly no, but it went to good hands, the new owner was looking for a DD that was capable of tracking...he tracks his STI, so would expect to see it out on track at some point
