i feel bad typing this as i'd love to help but things are pretty slammed over here on my end.

not to be an ass, just trying to save you time and grief here - try to find a graphic student....put up a little flyer in the art building where ever that is now. offer a free feast at bdubs, a keg, a ride on Sam's beard, whatever....something not super pricey but something no starving artist will turn down. ask for 2 or 3 concepts, give them some guidelines and your mockup. see what you get.

you're going to hit a roadblock with trying to execute on your ideas as your ideas start to outpace your skill with illustrator/photoshop. its going to get frustrating and suck. i'd rather not see new officers suffer.

If you're looking for a graphic design student to hook you up, offer them something in return. Don't be like that person that asks you to fix their car for free because you're a car guy. If you have a friend that would do it, at least give em some beer.

If you've got time and want to learn Illustrator (or Inkscape if you wanna use the free option) have at it. But if time is an issue, get someone else to do it.

From my understanding from MGT 372 experiences, as long as you go through JMU approved printer, they know what they can and can't do with JMU files and they have them also. No need to go through JMU foundation which would be the other option which is a pain.

Also in for velociraptor shirt minus the mini guns. Im not anti gun but I prefer my zondas sans mini gun.

Sidenote, although I know next to nothing about the design and printing world, trying to get that miata shirt printed last time has taught me gradients are expensive to print because they require full color printers that JMU authorized printers don't have and have to outsource it. I know those are mockups but all of them have some sort of gradient or hard to basic print feature in the tires. And just for good measure, and because I like seeing myself type, I think it'll be really hard to make a stack of tires look good without an gradients in them.
