Re: Project Hatch - Mike - 09-13-2011 i'd go blades as well, but si wheels are best on that bad boy... were on it when i bought it, but moved them to my [then] gf's corolla. most ballin' '96 corolla out there... make sure they fit the front brakes, though. the si wheels BARELY did. i'm talking less than 3mm. blades look to be a roomier design, but when we're talking that close, it's worth checking. Re: Project Hatch - Sully - 09-13-2011 Blades look fine for driving to and from the track. Paint em black and they will look even better. If you leave the tires mounted when you spray the wheels, it makes the tires look new also. Don't even need to tape anything off Sent from my Droid using Tapatalk Re: Project Hatch - ScottyB - 09-13-2011 i like a lot of honda OEM wheels and the blades are great. they really seem to fit that body style. Re: Project Hatch - JustinG - 09-13-2011 Well im planning on meeting up with the guy either OTW to or OTW from the BRR AutoX, so hopefully the tires are legit, and the wheels are straight. Re: Project Hatch - xvxax - 09-13-2011 What's your plan for the header? Re: Project Hatch - JustinG - 09-13-2011 xvxax Wrote:What's your plan for the header? currently installed, running open header. Re: Project Hatch - xvxax - 09-13-2011 I... see.... Re: Project Hatch - JustinG - 09-13-2011 still trying to decide to order a test pipe or extend the cat piping, im kinda of running out of time though..... Re: Project Hatch - xvxax - 09-13-2011 extend the cat. For now, you can get a piece of slip pipe and run two clamps if you're crazy cramped for time. When you need to, you could just pull the midpipe off and send it to a welder already mocked up at the correct length. Re: Project Hatch - kcook - 09-13-2011 Run catless like navin and be super loud. "loud pipes save lives." Re: Project Hatch - Mike - 09-13-2011 don't paint blades in good shape black. Re: Project Hatch - JPolen01 - 09-13-2011 Sully Wrote:Paint em black and they will look even better. Do not paint the blades black ever. Re: Project Hatch - Sully - 09-13-2011 You right, paint them red or lime green...or be hella frush and paint them white. Sorry, I'm not good with hondas :dunno: Sent from my Droid using Tapatalk Re: Project Hatch - JustinG - 09-13-2011 xvxax Wrote:extend the cat. Re: Project Hatch - Goodspeed - 09-13-2011 You need whitewalls and red steelies for street newayz bro Re: Project Hatch - Kaan - 09-13-2011 lol dont paint them... just use them to go to and from... and sell them off later Re: Project Hatch - JPolen01 - 09-13-2011 Jake Wrote:moar stock is moar bettar. |
