I was able to do it yesterday... maybe they locked it down.
I think you still have to pay a Hulu+ membership fee a la Netflix.

What is with these games charging you extra to play through the progression of the game?!? So frustrating.
You pay $60+ for Tiger Woods '12 and you have to buy an extra course like 3 rounds into the season or else skip it and set back your progression. There are like 18 optional courses you have to buy and I think you have to buy at least 1 to beat the game from what I am hearing.

That one game of CTF was awesome. That map sucks cause there's a lot of running, but it was fun working together to beat all those 15s.
TDM clearly is not my game. It wasn't bad, but I can't figure out how the hell you guys get so many kills so quickly. When I try and run around to kill people, I end up getting whacked by someone I don't see.

Even when I know people are most likely to be around a corner, either from radar or some other indicator, I still end up doing something stupid and getting dead. Either that or my aim sucks and I die. Point being, I suck and need people to be distracted by objectives to kill them.
My TDM score per minute is the lowest of all my friends at 150. By comparison, my HQ spm is 225... hence my comments about HQ being my XP honey pot.

It makes sense if those gametypes are the ones you play all the time. TDM imo is one of the most classic and fun gametypes for me because it is mirrored across a bunch of multiplayer FPS's (Halo, GoW, etc.).
The key to TDM for the most part is to NOT camp like some of the other gametypes and to be organic in how you're moving around. The reason why we were winning by 3000-4000 points per game last night is because well #1 we had STR8LAXN on our team but also because we were all moving really erratically and keeping those guys confused. In Summit I was purposely kept them in their back spawn point and when I saw our whole team was mostly on the other end I switched their spawn to force them to respawn near our team.
On that CTF game, what was it like 90% of their team was Ghosted with silencers and were camping but most of us were Lightweight with SMGs and they just couldn't keep up. Ghosted campers are more of an annoyance now than anything, especially when you're playing with good kids like Boner because you can't hide if you're constantly respawning.

19-0, 22-3 last night. I tried to play some CTF just to get Marathon Pro again but I gave up because my team was dominating and then one kid would just hide and hold the flag so you could get more kills. If I want to get a lot of kills I'll play TDM, I just need the damn flag captures.

Did anyone play the Gears of War 3 beta? I didn't have any time for video games in the last month but I was kind of curious about it.
