24/7 news "entertainment" channels are one of the worst things to come out of the modern age. when you can't fill the air time with useful info you get a lot of these bullshit opinion segments which border on talk show drama half the time. the most embarrassing is Hannity, who IMO is quickly filling Bill "grabby hands" O'reilly's shoes as "most punchable person on TV"
fox is the worst offender, has been for a while, and it should have been apparent to everyone what was going on when one of Trumps first moves was to hand pick the "good" and "evil" news outlets immediately after taking office. i've never seen such a dog and pony show in my life. i hate what its done to my older relatives too. they really bought into the whole "we're the good guys" shtick and i hear more and more talk like they're some kind of victims. it keeps them tuned in, like millions of others, and Fox's advertisers sure love it.

I can't stand the guy as much as the next person, but this is trying to make news where there probably isn't any. She was the founder, not the current owner... and beyond not being charged (because she isn't affiliated with it), do you think Trump handpicks attendees or vets people he takes selfies with? He does enough bullshit to grill him on, we don't have to try so hard.
Yang, who goes by Cindy, was not charged in the multi-agency anti-human trafficking operation last month that shut down 10 Asian day spas in Florida, none of which are registered to her or her family.

Having worked in the court system for 10 years and the federal court system for 5 years, perjury can be a hard crime to prove. Conjecture and belief are one thing, but being able to prove that something is an overt lie AND being able to prove that the person that said it KNEW it was a lie when they said it, are two completely different things. I’ve seen numerous perjury cases fall apart because the person that made the accused false statement made it based on incorrect or incomplete information. It’s easier in drug cases or smaller scale cases, but when you get into big government conspiracies and such, it becomes an especially hard crime to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, especially with the vague and open ended way people word responses to grand jury’s and in trials.

he took corporate teleconferences from the hills of the 'stan... running his company and hunting Bin Laden at the same time for YEARS. He knows more about sketchy government actions than the government does. Also, he wouldn't go to jail unless he wanted to go to jail. he'd disappear into thin air.
