Jeff,

Can you tell me which cameras you used/where to buy them? My Avic Z2 has the ports for a backup camera, but I see hit or miss reviews on people using alternate cameras than the pioneer ones. Yours look good.

Also, nice integration into the dash!

I'm pretty sure his are like mine in that he went on eBay and just bought the ones that seemed best "value". I'm pretty sure mine were both from different sellers like a year apart bit both seem to function decently. The matrix is nice so definitely go with on of those. When I bought mine, only one seller had that style and Jeff's look different so I assume more sellers have em.

I did get them from two different sellers but when they came in they were in the same box, same instructions and same wiring, so obviously the same manufacturer. They are ching-chong specials; I covered them in silicone around the seams and hoped for the best. They do have pretty good pictures but they don't do as well once the scene starts moving. I don't care about that though; they are sharp enough for what I need. I think the one in the tailgate was $15 and the one on the rear glass was $13. Considering a Pio camera is like $100 I think the picture is good enough for me. It's the difference between CCD and CMOS, the CCD will be much better but they cost so much more and its just not worth it for a camera you look at for 15 sec as you back up to a hitch or parking spot.
