Lets have a MM shooting rang day! I go to the range on 33 about once a week, have 20+ guns in my collection, and my fiance and I love teaching new people to shoot.

That's a great idea (I think there was one once before). We should have an impromptu MM shooting competition too. Winner gets a gold plated Desert Eagle

Sure I remember Scotty. Sadly I had to sell both the 951's to pay for a ÔÇ£grad schoolÔÇØ program with Tate. I've been driving a Volvo 850 turbo which I finally just replaced with a 2006 Honda ridgeline. I also picked up a '77 International Harvester Scout II.

<offtopic>

How do you like the ridgeline? Its on my short list.

I have only had it for about 2 weeks, but I love it. I have never owned a more versatile vehicle. The in bed watertight trunk/cooler is huge, as well as the area behind the front seats once the back seats are folded up. It handles like a small car and has enough power for my needs. Let me know if you would like a more detailed review and I will start a different post.

So who all would be interested in going to the rang some time before it gets real cold?
I can provide a variety of pistols, revolvers, shotguns, hunting rifles, and military rifles. I will also provide ammo for any of the obscure calibers, but would ask that people chip in on the cheaper ammo we will be using a lot of. (Such as 223 for the AR-15, or 9mm for the XD).

cool...hey at least you've owned some awesome cars so far. i'm still working towards my first real "sports" car.

hope the grad school stuff is going well, sounds like an adventure if you're doing it with Tate. i miss those classes.

I need to get my Desert Eagle out to the range again. As much as I paid for it and I have only put one box though it...I am sad.

- Maengelito - 11-14-2008

I definitely want to hit up the range after the last MM shootout there. I'm a total newb when it comes to shooting guns though so I'd need someone to pretty much guide me through everything

- rezarxt - 11-14-2008

Id be there in a heartbeat.

if you buy a minivan you will never live it down.

- Kaan - 11-14-2008

DPMS lowers that went from $115 in march... were $130 on tuesday... are now $195. FYI.

If i'm in town i'll be happy to come down for a shoot around... Evan needs to break his cherry anyway.

That'd be best Smile

Evan - blow me

- Kaan - 11-14-2008

Stag Arms has their lowers listed at $125 and it doesnt say out of stock... if you want an AR, you better order from them and set up an FFL to VA arms or another place where they have a cheap FFL transfer. It would be $145 for a Stag lower transfered to VA Arms i think.

I can officially confirm that. :-)

I don't know, but whatever it is I do... I suck! Everyone I go shooting with is way better than me. And Jess is already better with the .22 than me and she's fired it like a tenth as much as I have. Good thing the Judge fires shotgun shells.
