It's too late, but for spring, I may try my hand at the cookoff. Some guys at my dad's work have some chili peppers that were grown from seeds found in clay pots of mayan ruins or some crap.

i make my chili the same way every time... and when i take it to work functions everyone says how spicey it is... when i bring it to the chili cookoff everyone says it needs more heat Wink so you guys like it hotter than most people.
