Thieves suck.

- Dave - 10-11-2005

unbelievable. You need to sell that car immediately and move. Like, now.

- .RJ - 10-11-2005

well it would be easy to put the stock suspension back on now Wink

- Feersty - 10-11-2005

- Myuki - 10-11-2005

Add a hint of modification and it immediately becomes like 5x more likely to be stolen.

- Jeff - 10-11-2005

I would lose my mind. ItÔÇÖs a damn shame when someone feels they have the more of a right to your things then you do. I just hope they are buying food....but I know it's crack.

- ScottyB - 10-11-2005

those pictures just hurt. that's some f'ed up repugnant shit.

- Dave - 10-11-2005

seriously, its like whenever somebody can't scrape up enough money to buy another rock, they swing by Jay's place and steal a rim or four.

- Nick325is - 10-11-2005

Sad pictures Jay Sad Best of luck in getting this taken care of. Perhaps you could try setting up a remote video camera near your car that you can access via the internet.

i was thinking that, then you'd have something to go on when you inform the police.

- ViPER1313 - 10-12-2005

Here is what you do:
-Park the car in a worse area than your neighborhood (although your place might already fit the bill  )
-Leave the keys in the car
-Leave the doors unlocked
-Put some nice rims back on it (no wheel locks)
-Make posts all over the Internet showing your plates and listing a bunch of expensive ass ricer parts under the hood. Hell, just list your address while you're at it.
-Leave random CDs sitting on the front seats (if you can swing it get some LCD screens, a GPS unit, and a nice stereo, but CDs will work in a pinch.)

Now many of you might be thinking "giggle - Adam, that will just make the car more attractive to thieves." And you would be right. Now to the heart of the plan!

2 more items need to be purchased - a silent alarm that will notify Jay when the bastards take the bait, and that huge ass chrome hand canon Jeff posted about last week. Put 2 and 2 together. I don't think anyone else would try to jack your shit when there is still blood and brain matter on it from the last assholes.

Either that or move, but where is the fun in that  ??

- navin - 10-12-2005

fug all that..

I just think its impossible to own any modified Honda in some parts of NoVa if you keep it outside..

Its dumb, but I'm glad mine has a nice place to sleep at night

- Jeff - 10-12-2005

.500 is the answer.

i was seriously thinking about that, lol. Just kinda leave it like that and change the suspension

I've kind of become desensitized to being stole from thing. Right now if they really want to steal the car they need to bring some wheels. I would like to take that suspension off asap, but it's been too wet to even bother. It's still sitting like that right now and i want to leave it there to show everyone in the neighborhood what the hell is going on. Hopefully it'll spark some controversy since it was stolen infront of the house of the person who's head of our Neighborhood "Watch" program.

I'm just anxious to move and i'm still going to sell the car as i've planned.

- Feersty - 10-12-2005

I would tell cops that they should do a stake out or something. Do they do things like that? Just sit there watching your car in the middle of the night.

In terms of the car there up on blocks, thieves might see that as an easy opportunity to take more shit possibly.
