Don't think anyone was "hating" on FWD cars or whatever. The one person that said "HC is dead" is the person, no offense that hasn't been at the track this year, or keep up with the series. Kaan does and knows that there are 14+ HC2 car fields in the NE for most events, which in itself shows the series isn't dead. Plenty of cars southeast too.

There are 6 cars registered for the June Summit event (2 of them being NE guys). That being said there are 4 "regular" h2 cars in the mid-Atlantic at the time being, which already qualifies for a good amount of contingency from both Toyo and Honda... so that's covered. There are at least 2-3 H2 cars in the area that are almost completed and hopefully be racing soon so that just ups the numbers.

nothing at all. not hating on kaan's decision in any way. i was also an aspiring honda-challenge racer well after it had jumped the shark. just stating facts. honda-challenge "died" a long time ago and is only going to peter out more and more as the cars become antiques.

Come on guys, you haven't been to a NASA-MA event in YEARS. Honda Challenge is showing great interest again, and has been showing decent fields this year. This isn't Spec Miata or Spec E30, you aren't going to have 50 car fields.
