lately i've found the oscar meyer thick cut to be a great bacon value. not too fatty, not overbrined, nice and robust slices. kunzler is also great but doesn't go on sale as often.

Ok, I have a legitimate question.
What's center cut bacon? Does that mean more meat and less fat? I like mine a little on the crispy side so I think I might buy that next time.
My personal recommendation goes to the Wegman's store brand thick cut. I have hormel or some shit in the freezer now and I'm not even sure I'm going to finish using it, it just shrivels up into a microscopic little strip of saltiness.
