The D630 I have screams now that AOL uninstalled all the bullshit they put on their enterprise images. The previous one did bluescreen after 2 years and refuse to boot the BIOS though.

Turns out to be a known recall so it's getting fixed for free. Sucks that I'll be without it a few days, but I guess I'm lucky that it lasted this long.

Got it back today. Turned in at noon on Friday, back by 9am on Tuesday. Not so shabby.
The D620 is finally back to running as well as a few year old PC can... I wouldn't want to use it every day, but it'll suit a light user just fine (the client actually donated it to Caitlin's sister so she can work from the hospital and such). Took 3-4 hours of uninstalls, defrag, chkdsk, disk cleanup, updates, msconfig, and screw tighetning... Probably would have been quicker to wipe it, but the previous user wanted to retain their data on there for a few months.
