Washed the car on Saturday morning. It got too hot so I took off the sweatshirt. Today's high is 68. Highs were in the 60s all weekend. :thumbup:

Today was day three of work for me. I was at Fair Oaks Mall by 7 AM on the day of the snow. Roads yesterday weren't bad. Today was fine, there was some stuff that the Miata would not have liked (primarily in the neighborhood) but major routes like 28 and 50 were clear.
I just wish the plows would go the extra mile. I had to jab the brakes a few times when my lane was suddenly cut in half by a large snow bank left by the plow - of course both times I had another vehicle next to me.

County contracts removal crews. Same reason why my neighborhood was plowed 4 times by Sat night and the streets from the neighborhood to the main roads weren't touched for two days.

WHSV says Harrisonburg is at 13.5" so far, with another 5-6 expected today. This is at Pheasant Run... take a look at the Mini (far right) and how much of the wheel you can still see...

We measured on our deck and got a most unscientific 14-16 inches (depending on where we dropped the ruler) at about 11.

We got 28 inches or so here, and the drifts aroud the house are 36+..they just scraped my subdivision road with a skid-steer loader
