We had 40 people last time, from the 40 people we had the time before (without individually PM'ing everyone in between). People know by now what this is and when we do it...I sent out several emails to all current students and this post has been on this forum for well over a month in advance of the date.
Frankly I'm disappointed in the lack of interest this time around, but thats neither here nor there and I'm hopeful that we'll return to 40/2hrs in the fall, that the next round of officers can organize. Our reservation is now from 12 noon to 1pm.

(if the signup was initially open for 40 and you changed it to 20 recently because the rate of signups was not satisfactory, that's perfectly understandable!)
No hard feelings, I missed out. My fault! I'll :beer: and make engine noises while sitting in my computer chair instead. More comfortable anyway.

Maybe next time you send those emails you should make an offer of handjobs for everyone to sweeten the deal.
