i'd rather it not be a fiero just because the engine is in the wrong place. my vote would be a mustang.

So the MR2 and Elise suck then? :?

- Mike - 12-14-2008

a joke rob, a joke. i was really just saying i'd rather work on a mustang than a fiero since parts are a bit more plentiful. i'll be sure to spell everything out now that i know you're reading.

- Steve85 - 12-15-2008

Count me in...I'm down with a Fiero.

Like everything in your garage?

asshole... as in make it the 2010 project we start now... and not rush to make it the 2009 project.

maybe a bit too expensive for grm, but Im willing you could talk him down

- BLINGMW - 12-26-2008

I don't suppose we could get the price way down on this and sell off some stuff to get to $2k?

- CaptainHenreh - 12-26-2008

I doubt it, but that'd be a perfect GRM build...

- Goodspeed - 12-26-2008

For (less than) the price of a Fiero, I know of a $3800 E36 M3 coupe in Maryland.....

- BLINGMW - 12-27-2008

$3800? Is it stolen? Is the side I can't see torn off or something?

- Goodspeed - 12-27-2008

163k miles, 3.2L, 5 speed, motor needs a rebuild perhaps (owner says it feels weak), no accident history or salvage title.

- D_Eclipse9916 - 12-28-2008

link?

Quote:Hey guys,
I am looking to sell my black on black e36 m3 coupe.. Its got 163k miles. Has the 3.2L motor.. 5 speed.. Clear title. The car runs and drives but feels very underpowered probably due to the age of the motor.. The motor could probably use new rings and gaskets.. Perfect for someone with the know how to rebuild or someone looking for a track car or someone just looking for a car to rack up miles on...

The car is located in baltimore, md.. no salvage history, no accident history. Body is in good shape.. I'd like to get $5000obo as it sits for a quick sale... I need it gone this week.. Car can be test driven anytime this week. Picked it up a while ago and i was going to turn it into a track car but plans changed...

Quote:Crazy deal... $3800 if picked up by friday evening..

Gotta free up some cash for an investment opportunity.. Let me know

It sounds like he still has the car from the thread:

- Mike - 03-26-2009

based on the fact this thread died for 3 months, i'm going to call the project a failure before any time and money is even put in. everyone ok with that?

- Kaan - 03-26-2009

Ok i wouldnt mind picking something up and developing it over time. It doesnt have to make the 09 or 10 run... if we'd ever agree on a chassis and actually get one, that would be a different story.

I'm pretty sure my roommates are up for it. so we'll see... i have a nice far back corner of the 3 car that needs to have a peice of shit in it Wink
