I bang my thighs a lot on the bottom of the steering wheel. i hate that about my mom's z3 as well (1999 2.8l) is this a trait of most roadsters? mike, do you have a tilt wheel in your s2k? - Mike - 02-26-2008 no tilt, no problems. - Evan - 02-26-2008 Andy Wrote:I'm only 5'9" but my NA's lack of an adjustable steering wheel is a real pain. The Nardi steering wheel is smaller which makes that issue much better (but i agree, i wish it had tilt) Taking some foam out of the seat to lower seating position also helps. - John - 02-26-2008 Mike Wrote:no tilt, no problems. Same. Then again, I like having the steering wheel as low as possible. - Jake - 02-26-2008 The Z3 and XFire that I've driven both lack tilt wheels... I've done fine without them. I don't know how I can fold myself into something that small, but once I'm in the driver's seat I'm comfortable. |
