Yea, I think I'm going to insist on that pass now Smile.

An extra gas grill tank would be nice. I'll bring mine, but if we are going to fry all night it would be nice to have a backup, and my 100lb tank won't hookup to the fryer, stupid thing.

We just need some sort of dry-rub or injection sauce. I'm going to do a cajun one for thanksgiving so we can do that if everyone likes spicy, or if we do more than 1 turkey we can mix-n-match. Fry time is about 40 minutes and then 15 minutes wrapped in foil to finish the cooking and to let the juices flow back in the meet.

I will send you instructions on prepping the turkey. If frozen it needs to be FULLY thawed (usually takes 3 days), you MUST remove the giblets and the injection/dry rub needs to happen 24hrs PRIOR to cooking. Once we know who's bring turkey I'll write up some instructions on how to prep it. Oh and NO bigger than 14.5lbs.
