- ScottyB - 05-26-2004 i dunno, the E46 and S4 in that test are sort of different animals from the ones Miguel has in mind. the E36 would be a fine DD, and the older S4 would not be as fast around a dry track. If he was looking for new cars it might be a diff. story - LorenaBeana - 05-27-2004 Why not a 350Z? And there will be a white TT supra (manual) at Jack Taylor Toyota soon. The guy is calling me when it gets there. Looks like you and I will be checking out some of the same cars. Let me know what you think about the ones you test out! - Mike - 05-27-2004 I don't like how the 350Z looks (relative to the other cars I'm looking at), I'd rather a G35. - REED - 05-27-2004 just get the M3 we all know you want one, besides you are an "M3 kinda guy" - Mike - 05-27-2004 lol, i'm pretty darn set on the m3. few more months... - Chris - 06-01-2004 so now that you're set on the M3, what is the ideal M3. I know thre were some different options or packages like a luxury thing, but what do you want in the car. I'm assuming you aren't as concerned with 2 or 4 dr. I'd look for the ones with the sport seats (god they are awesome) and I personally like the block style wheels (if that makes sense). - BLINGMW - 06-01-2004 no, not the block wheels, definatly go for round! :mrgreen: get one of the luxo's though, stitched leather doors (that don't fall apart like all the others), nicer trim everywhere, understated ground effects, nice stuff. :wink: - Mike - 06-01-2004 yeah i'm definitely going with the luxo 2 or 4 doors doesn't matter too much to me (but i think i'd prefer 2) i like the blue and the purple colors i don't want a convertible ideally a low mileage OBDII i like both the wheels that were offered (contour and "motorsport" [thats what i call them]) but i'd like to get some bling bling BBS or Fikse

Them square wheels are hot y0! Too bad they ain't too good for getting on down the road ![]() Edit: Dammit Channing, you beat me to it
- Mike - 06-02-2004 New car to add to list: IS300 ![]() Pros: 4-door, bulletproof Cons: Lorena is getting one, and when I think of a toyota sedan i think of a camry :? Discuss... - .RJ - 06-02-2004 M3 > IS300 - JackoliciousLegs - 06-02-2004 I LOVE the way they drive... step up in reliability from the M3 but 215hp... eh... but for a DD, they're kickass. - CaptainHenreh - 06-02-2004 .RJ Wrote:M3 > IS300 - Mike - 06-02-2004 M3 > *&&(!993justlistedonaolemployeeforsaleboardw55kmiles435k) - .RJ - 06-02-2004 OMGHI1U993w00tw00tfire! - Chris - 06-02-2004 PSYCHO! M3! fOOl... - Evan - 06-02-2004 hrm dont forget the new Legacy GT. new cars are nice. boost is nice. 300hp with OEM parts. - Maengelito - 06-02-2004 Evan Wrote:300hp with OEM parts.
- REED - 06-02-2004 Evan Wrote:hrm i agree and i test drove an is300 5 speed, i really really liked it, it was kinda lacking in the lower RPMs, and i found the seating position to be a bit odd...but other than that i think i would make a great DD |
