I'm in Currently standing at about 20% finished, with all licenses except "Super". I've gotten all the bikes that were available with the "Beginner" license (which I think gets you up through the 600 sportbikes), and a few of the other race bikes. Having fun so far, despite the "interesting" physics.

Real life could learn something from Touring Trophy. Post up: Best lap time for Trail Mountain using a 600cc bike of your choice. I'll work on this tonight. - damnit458 - 07-03-2006 Anybody pickup motogp for xbox/xbox 360/any other system? I broke down and bought the latter a week ago. I hear its supposed to be fairly challenging, but thats only from reviews online. I got to play it for a little bit instore but didnt get anything from that. Looks great obviously, but interms of game play I couldn't really get a feel in the 2 minutes I got to play it. - WRXtranceformed - 07-03-2006 damnit458 Wrote:Anybody pickup motogp for xbox/xbox 360/any other system? Trail braking takes quite a bit more concentration, it doesn't let you get away with much throttle/brake when the bike's laid over, and the rear tire will spin up if you're too early on the throttle. I think it's pretty challenging in that mode and I'm still having fun just lapping, which is good, because of course the AI is worthless. But it's a whole new perspective on the tracks, and now of course I'm having to challenge myself at the 'ring again. As far as the 600's and 1000's go though... shit, I'm enjoying the hell out of this '85 2-stroke 250, there's some good racing 400's, but the street bikes are kind of boring to me. I've barely played the powerful bikes, becasue if anything the handling gets worse, bike gets heavier, and it's just drag races connected by annoying little corners. Of course, the sense of speed IS a rush! hock:
- SameeRR - 07-16-2006 f that. i play novice. i suck at it. |
