The funny thing is Woodstock is the most overpoliced place on earth in terms of traffic violations. I have received 9 tickets from Officer Miller, none were for speeding. I shake in fear when I drive by Woodstock.

Jeff, you should get the local shops together and demand that the police start protecting property instead of hassling cars.

Officer Miller has fucked me over once with an exhaust violation. Riding between two semi's at cruising speed/rpm he says my turbo, resonated, mufflered exhaust was what he heard. Fucking liar.

Treat 81 10 miles up and 10 miles down from Woodstock as if you would the front of a police station...very carefully.

i remember, i saw you in court that day. Valiant effort. Officer Miller knocked me with 2 speeding tickets about 8 months apart.

I drive like a crazy person and I have only been pulled once in Woodstock. I made an illegal U-turn in a Mini-van and got a warning. Flehardy was the officer that got me that time. I know miller, but not like buddy buddy. My favorite Woodstock cops are Tyrone and "Porky" Bowan

Make friends with Miller and tell him to lay off. That guy cost me some serious freaking car insurance money.

heh, start driving an older domestic and you pretty much dont have to worry about any violations on exhaust or anythign unless it flat out fails inspections

That's what infuriates me more. Uneven enforcement of traffic laws really ticks me off.

I have never gotten a ticket in Woodstock, in fact I stop there when driving to Harrisonburg from NOVA or vice versa.

that's probably why you don't get a ticket. lol, we don't stop until they make us

- CaptainHenreh - 03-01-2006

It isn't just woodstock.

It's aaaaaaaaall of shenandoah county.

You guys can whine and complain about the 'ticket' you got in woodstock.

I got 9.

In one day.

I win.

- HAULN-SS - 03-01-2006

You know, if you got 9 in one day, i'd say the rest of us win.

Feersty, you were driving a Buick. They just assumed you were some old lady on her way to the Salvation Army.

Congrats!

To be honest, these dont seem like the smartest thiefs. You would think they would realize that they need to pick a new area, and not just come back to the same shops over and over again. Or atleast pick somewhere else in harrisonburg, especially after the cops had been on to em once.
