nah I'm just lazy, I actually went to h-burg to get my stupid sticker, ate lunch with a couple of friends, and was back up in NoVa by 4 for work
But i'll be at the spring car show, might even wash/wax car..

So for me to get this car registered, all I need to do is drive it down to H-burg, get it inspected, go by the town office and get a county sticker, then go to the DMV to get the registration?

You dont even need to inspect it in h'burg - inspection stickers are good anywhere. Then go to the DMV, and on the registration application it will ask what city/county the car is garaged in.
And then....... go get your county sticker with your registration.
