FWIW, I did the commute last night and today.
20 miles one way, about 30-40 minutes. granted, further than my current 10 mile commute, but i'd be carpooling half the time so all equals out

I think that place needs two s2000's.
Really though, I might be interested. I'm waiting on a friend to get a clearance to start work (and be my roommate), but it might be much longer than expected...so I've been looking at other options lately. I'm 'temporarily' living with my brother a block off of Washington Blvd. like a half mile or so from East Falls metro.
Put me down as seriously interested.
This is getting kind of wierd. I'm also half-assedly looking at bikes.

I'm still prusuing a couple places with 2BRs available with the guy I mentioned in my first post cause we were already doing that, but we've begun to open our search to 3 or 4BR places. I think the interest right now is at 5? That is gonna be hella hard to find or someone is gonna get a serious shaft on a room.

Lets keep our eyes open for a house. With 4 rent is feasable.... 3 is townhouse style. We could swing that.
I doubt we'd actually see four follow throughs, though.

this is a bit pricey, but these places are still being built right now and look amazing. they are like 200ft from where i spend my weekends so i see them all the time... damn, nice places, but i'm not sure what room dimensions are.
i've been emailing a few people, just waiting to hear back room sizes (i hate having a tiny bedroom) and maybe a few of us can go check 'em out this weekend.

im sure they are nice though. sometimes im tempted to fuck racing, sell my cars, move to arlington or NW DC and drink away whats left of my 20s. Racing will still be there when Im older.
