Sorry. Saarbrucken is the capital of Saarland which is a western state in Germany bordering France and Luxembourg. The Type R was an Integra and it had the special light on the left side of the bumper for the heavy fog in Germany. Yeah I am taking classes in the area, doing a praticum.
