Congratulatiosn J-Ray! Smile!Smile!!

I hope the insurance covers everything. Good time to replace with aftermarket goodies? Make the best of a bad situation?

Anyway, I hope the police catch those rat-bastard fuckfaces that stole your car. And I hope you catch them first.

- navin - 12-30-2004

Im glad to see him get the car back (although it would be kind of cool to see him get something like a... oh I dunno, a supra? Big Grin)

I had actually just been to springfield mall doing some shopping (where Jasons car was stolen), thinking I had better use my kill switch and take off my faceplate and all that. After that I went to Navy Federal to deposit a check. I saw the line was incredibly long, and I had to go to work, so I just left. On my way out, I noticed a red Civic SI. I looked at the tags and sure enough it said no trq. I point and yell at my girlfriend "Thats Jasons car!!!" So I pull up to it, and give Jason a call to let him know.

Anyways, can't wait to see it turn into a track car. Or if not, I can't wait to see whatever money you get from selling it buy you a nice track car Big Grin

thanx for the replies guys

and thanks for the offer for the intake, i'm going to just give it to the insurance and let them take care of it, i want them to pay for the intake and to get everything else taken care of. I'm very happy to finally have her back.

They left everything else, the SS, the suspension, even my MD player i had in the back seat?

- Mike - 12-31-2004

they probably didn't know what the md player was Tongue let me know how insurance handles your aftermarket stuff, i'm very curious. although, i'm sure the cost of a new OE intake is probably more than an aftermarket one so you'll end up getting it covered...

- Chris - 12-31-2004

wow awesome!

I'm really surprised this turned out for the best! I really expected the engine to be gone- sounds more like some nOObs rather than prof. car thieves. Hope the insurance covers everything.

- damnit458 - 12-31-2004

Awesome news Jay, better than we expected, and a great way to head into the new years. Best of luck with insurance and those god damn thieves.

- Feersty - 12-31-2004

I didn't know there was so much crime in Springfield, but Springfield Mall is a cesspool. Pissed.

- bassmangrammy - 12-31-2004

we should get an article someplace..."MM'ers fight crime"

- Ryan T - 12-31-2004

I may be mistaken, but isn't your car issued a salvage title once its reported stolen?

- G.Irish - 12-31-2004

Ryan T Wrote:I may be mistaken, but isn't your car issued a salvage title once its reported stolen?

No. Only if the insurance company declared the car totalled.
