Yupp! Love Timberline's lodging setup and rentals- they also have the college special during the weekend we are aiming to shoot for.

I just skied for the 15th day so far this season. Course, since I live halfway between Harrisonburg and Wintergreen, that makes it easy for me. Still, the conditions in the Highlands today were sweet!
If you guys wind up in WV during Spring Break, I may come over for a day or two to ski with you.I'll give you a heads-up if I come that way.
btw, if anybody gets Grassroots Motorsports magazine, there is a picture of me on p 146 of the new issue, driving the Benz at Road Atlanta in December. Your faculty sponsor gets famous!

I will be taking the diesel. Not sure if I will have room in the bed for your skis :lol:
I will have space for 4 additional people and their skis/gear etc. Just did a trip to VT 5 people in there with all their gear for a week so it should be fine.

I'm not in charge of this, but we are providing a place place to crash. So, here are details on that place:
I'll repost the facebook post here, and I have to start with this:
IMPORTANT: You are responsible for you. If anything goes wrong, you get hurt, you wad up your car, you freeze because you are running around naked, you break both legs skiing, you get a cold, you loose something, ANYTHING, it's on you. IF you don't agree to these terms, DON'T COME. By coming on this trip, you accept that you won't hold us liable for ANYTHING and that the club is responsible for anything that is damaged. If you are coming, please confirm such via the facebook page (click "Going"). This is a favor we are doing for the club. There is no formal agreement. Don't make us regret it ;-).
Now on to the fun stuff:
The only thing we're charging for is our cost of the cleaners so that it's ready for the next person/group/etc. Normally these houses rent for about $700+/weekend.
House details:

Sleeping arrangements:
1 king bed (upstairs)
1 queen bed (downstairs)
3 twins in the "eagle's nest" (my favorite place to sleep)
1 large sleeper sofa (~2 people) (Living room)
Lots of floor space for air mattresses. Hardwood/Bamboo floors though, so bring something to sleep on.
The point of the trip is to ski and hang out. You'll sleep FINE, trust me. You will be exhausted after a day on the slopes.
2.5 baths, decks, a grill (if you can get to it for the snow), and an awesome view. About 5-10 minutes to Canaan Valley Ski Resort, Timberline, or Whitegrass.
It is in a gated community and there's a noise curfew at 10pm.
There is an awesome sledding hill beside the house. Opportunities for max air (and max pain). I also snowboard down it in the evenings if I get tired of being inside.
Parking is minimal due to snow. We have two driveways, but the lower driveway isn't accessible in the winter. The upper driveway can hold ~3 vehicles. Otherwise, you'll need to park at the bottom of the mountain and carpool.
If there is snow and you have 2wd, you won't make it up the hill to the house. Don't even try. 4x4 is usually ok if you know how to drive (this is MM, right!?)
Some notes:
Hottub doesn't work at the moment. Blame Sandy. 3' of snow and no power = pop-goes-the-pipes. Waiting until summer to repair, as fixing plumbing in the winter is no fun at all.
Fireplace is gas.
Dish Network
Wifi (as fast as you can get in BFE WV, about 2.5m/s)
I may or may not swing by to help out Friday night/Sat morning, so if I do I call dibs on a bed, and if I don't, it's all yours!
